The gadget you added is not valid

This feature has been available for a bit of time now, but is truly one worth highlighting. This option makes Google Drive a usable option in a cart setting possible. For most, the signing in and out combined with the security risks made Google Drive impossible to maintain. With this option, you are safe, secure, and ready to make a fundamental shift in your technology integration. Here is what the process looks like without using password protection.
  • Open Google Drive
  • Sign in to it
  • With our district, you then have to sign into our district website
  • Do the assignment
  • Upload the assignment
  • Sign out of Google Drive
When you have the passcode lock set, your steps are cut down significantly.
  • Open Google Drive
  • Put in your password
  • Upload your assignment
While passcode locking, you can have multiple students signed in to one device without running any security risk. Your students no longer need to sign out of Google Drive making uploading and turning in assignments paperlessly streamlined and easy. For our district, it has saved up to 20 minutes for the younger students!!
